Installation of Toroid Tank systems is simple, safe and is included as standard by Azuratec. Each installation is customized depending on the site conditions and the system configuration, but they typically included 8 common steps.
- The hole is excavated to the specified size and the base is levelled using the backfill material.
- Tank is lowered into position using the lifting lugs.
- Plumbing and electrical fittings are connected as required.
- Backfill material is placed around outside perimeter of tank and in the middle of the tank to the halfway flange.
- Fill the rest of the tank middle with either more backfill material or concrete ballast depending on the specifications.
- The adjustable collar is installed if required.
- The installation is now complete and the tank can be covered over.
- Down pipes, mains water, pump and switching is installed as specified.
